NC23 Crash Protection

I've just ordered a pair of standard R&G crash protectors, but what about the rest of the bike?

Fork protectors - R&G list these for the NC29; could they be made to fit the NC23?

Swingarm protectors - can any be made to fit, or has anyone drilled & tapped their swingarm to fit bobbins?

Any other options?

Cheers,
Wozza

The 23 and 29 fork rpotectors will probably change but its unlikely to make much difference in a drop. The swingarm protectors are really just bobbins

you can buy a straight thru crash boobin for the fronts (goes thru spindle) that can fit to most bikes, as 29 and 23 run on a 120 front which is very common.

We have made following. This is not for NC23, but I think easy can be done same for NC23

As for the swingarm and forks bobbins I would say it is useless, because generally three point damage - mirror/lights, tail unit and left\right engine casing.

tend to agree with parus about the front bobbins, the back to a degree but if you can pick up a cheap pair as i did for a couple of quid on ebay the hole ive highlighted takes an m8 bolt and as its not nec for crash protection but i use it for paddock stands it does need to be too strong.

NC23 doesn't have that hole unfortunately! It would have to be a drill & tap jobbie, if it's worth it at all.
