I think Rick sells both Sprint dampers and the fitting kits. His forum name is RickOliver if you wanna search him up.

I got one on my bike, not sure of the make think it might be daytona, sticker says ohlins but its not

Smev's got a real ohlins one on his tho and it looks cool

steering dampers are pritty universal you just have to get one with enough stroke and a 42mm fork fitting kit

They give no real practical bonus on a NC30/35, unless you are prone to running off the track at a decent clip into the kittylitter (helps prevent newbies letting their bars be flicked to full lock and lowsiding).

On the road, there's no need at all. Apart from the fact that they look fairly sexy.

I've had several on NC's, and I reckon you'll only need one when you're pushing (very) hard over uneven/rough surfaces.

I don't use any on my race bike but I can see value in one on a road bike fitted with very sticky tyres, especially if it's set up to turn in fast.

Or if you're racing on roads.

Actually I lie. There is one use on the road that I can think for them - namely if you like to give the bike a big handful of the gogo juice over bridges/speed bumps, and haven't spent any time on motocross bikes.
