My NC30 system is in pretty good condition, but wouldn't mind it sounding a bit less like a sewing machine.

Am considering a 'Fuel' slip-on. Is it worth cutting the pipe up to fit a can? Other than for the sound I mean...

hay...ive got a fuel can.. with the baffle in there's not massive diffrancein sound, its better but not by much with the baffle out tho its awsome. i love the sound it makes not to loud just a lovely rumble..all the way thro' the rev range there isnt a noise i dont like! the can has easyly removable/replaceable baffle (one rivet) so when MOT time comes round again just pop it back in, there are no flat sppots in the rev range and ive not had to re-jet or anything,

ive read otheres advice on cutting systems in the past and from it. i wouldnt cut the systyem if its in good nick, i would get an already cut system off ebay as aparently the un-cut systems are rare and worth a bob or 2

thanks. had Fuel bolt-ons on my old TL1000R (now gone), was impressed with both the quality for the price and their customer service.

any chance of a pic of where it slips on please? wondering what it looks like fitted at that point. the pics on their site aren't very close up.

yea sure i'll get you the pic tomorow as the flash on my cam dosnt work i was also impressed for the money and i even got some kendle mint cake free!

Apparently Not! I asked this question on here a short while ago as I have Two Completely factory Standard (Good Condition) Sytems in my posession and i was toying with the Idea of wrapping them in Silk and hiding them in the attic until such time as I feel a few hundred would benefit me.
The egenral consensus was that the Factory Original Sytems arent worth Much, If anything, more than a Cut system. I saw a few people telling me they got a System for £80 here or £60 there, none of them payed £100 or more from what i can remember.

Got me rather dissapointed It did... But Im still going to wrap them in silk and hide them in the attic, One day somebody will appreciate them. LOL

upload your pics on to there.. once you have done so, you can copy pic's by clicking on it and using the little attachment menu that appears, 4th box down!!!! Or try using the ctrl, c keys.. mite copy it too!!
shrink photobucket page and use the ctrl, v keys to paste.. tricky at first, but you will get the hang of it....
