need a new battery as mine has been sat for 2 years, tried recovering it with a charger of my uncles for it to give out false reading or be drained very quickly,
there seem to be some batteries for £20-£30 like nitro/endurance/numax or the yumax/bosch for £40-£50, whats the difference in these and is it worth the extra, been told gel batteries are better not sure why but can't find any for nc9 anyways.
also if anyone has recommendations even better.
the battery code ive got is CTX7A-BS or YTX7A-BS

I'm using VARTA batteries, but I think YUASA is better (but price is 3-4 times espensive)

Re: nc29 battery brands
Have tried both expensive and cheap batteries over the years and to bbe honest, I now buy cheap and keep them on an optimate or similar. Have a cheap one in my ZX6 atm and it still fires up after 2 weeks without the optimate but the last one which was original wouldnt. It had to be on charge all the time from when the bike was new.#
