It was a long time ago,I think it was about £250 that included building up the rockers with stelite,
so that you could use STD shims.

Can you see if they still do those cams? He are about to start another round of winter testing and I would love to test the Joy cams in our 450. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I said I wolud post photos when I had the bike.

New engine front mounts have been made, rear sprocket spaced over to maintain alignment, new exhaust fabricated, rads repostioned, oil cooler fitted in upper fairing.
It is a very tight fit, the sump plug only just clears the exhaust, tricky to replace, looks like removing rear cam cover will be tight.
The NC rev counter over reads about 50% now, it is fed from the 750 CDI.
Not sure if 750 r/c needed or if the needle can be repositioned on the dial.
I would need to run with an induction r/c and existing at the same time to find the accurate reading first.

Looks to me as if the engine mounts are from the 750 itself.

then cut off and rewelded to the NC30 frame.

I guess quite a bit of time and thought has gone into it to get everything balanced and sitting right.

Hmmm if only I had a spare frame!!!

Just to satisfy my curriosity whats the issues with fiiting the 800 engine, is the NC frame just physically to small?
