Not cheeky at all, happy to help out. He's called Steve at NB Coatings, 01977 600283. Yes he did my frame and wheels and loads of other bits too over the years. I paid £70 for frame, rear sets, top yoke and a couple of other bits and bobs. I've paid £30 ish for a wheel and £50 for a candy colour.
How hard can it be?

After 6 months testing the results were conclusive and are thus:

Hans that does dishes can be soft as Jervais, with mild green fairy liquid. :D

For our younger veiwers here's a link to coroborate me and Micks research, all sing along now! ;)

I see you have some nasty looking purple footpegs in there, I had some nasty blue ones (the shame  ).
An easy fix for these is to get the Mr.Muscle oven cleaner out, wear goggles and gloves, keep a tap running, spray a little on, wait 20 seconds, attack with a toothbrush, rinse off. Keep repeating this process until all the colour has gone. If you get it right there will still be a silver anodised finish left underneath, don't go through this as you will have to resort to polishing, here are my results.............

Yeeeeeeessssssssssss at last i managed to get that dam axel nut off!! took some doing but its finally off.. also today ive got all the stuff to one side that needs powder coating, hopefully ill get that in at the end of month.

Also i had another nasty suprise today (yep another) once i got the bearings and all the over bits off the swingarm only to find that the chain adjuster is beyond saving :( there were only 2 teeth left on the thing so im now trying to find a good one, any help would be much appreciated but i doubt anyone does new ones anymore.

Also due to my kack-handed-ness i managed to round off one off the bolts which held the disks on my zxr front wheel, so after much deliberation (about 4 to 5 seconds) i took the angle grinder to the thing and now need to purchase another disk lmao  never mind eh.

Cheers for reading and ill get some pics on tomorrow
Cheers
Damien
