the wire guide for the hose snapped off a long time ago, is it possible to buy more of those?? i couldnt find anyso i gave up.

this is the stock chainguard yes, and it has the clips that secure the hose, the chaingaurd is secure on the rear bolt but not on the front as the front has a snapped bolt. (bought it like that) so i will have to drill a hole and secure it with a bolt and nut. its just gonna take ages do drill, hate drilling these things. :\

Drilling the swingarm and using a helicoil insert thread would be much nicer than using a nut on the end of a bolt - that is a dodgy fix man, do it properly.

Just put a wanted ad in the classifieds (with a picture would help), I'm sure there are dozens being unused out there.

i dont understand what you mean by drilling the swing arm.. why would i want to drill the swing arm, all i want to do is secure the chain guard. the front mount on the chaingaurd bracket has snapped so all i need to do is drill that, no need to drill the swingarm.

Congrats. Hope you can get some trouble free miles done now.
So think we all need to see some pics of the finished project too.
