and here lays the answer to my question,and it only took 2 pages,the above coupled with the right gearing,sticky tyres and suspension and i can see big smiles and worn out knee slides:

nice one ,so once i get it sorted it should go pretty alright then ...plus it keeps reliablity and parts can get got without too much hassle,i'm liking where this is going to be honest

the only draw back.....the irish sea,getting my bike to a dyno operater worth going to is going to prove pretty tricky...

to anyone with the ramair ,how does the bike ride down low,i mean,could you in theory fit this to a road bike with little to no side affects ?
surely with the right jetting and maybe the cdi box from chrisxr it could be jetted and set up to pull away from lights etc but have the mid range and top end sorted so it's better than an o.e. set up and no ramair,or has all this talk of ramair,fuel pumps and cdi's gone to my head and i just want all my cakes to eat

fingers crossed over the weekend i'll start gathering parts to put all this talk into practice,plus i'll put up a few pictures to show what it's going onto(maybe that'll be a new topic,haven't decided yet )

yes mate i've heard of people fitting the airduct and fitting some form of mesh/gauze in there to stop rocks and bumblebees getting eaten when the bike is at 14,500k going down straights,i was told instead of going to open carb HRC way i should go the ramair way as it's the best carb mod to do to the bikes and it works the very best,just look at how many race bikes use it,plus the benefit over the HRC way it some form of filter .....thats where we're screwed lol

Please disregard my previous post, I have spoken with Chris and exchanged apologies seems to have been a few crossed wires and misunderstandings but all is good now :)
