Re: Padgetts Isle of Man TT Bike anyone?
I asked padgettes about this bike as I was enquiring about some other parts, this is what they said:
The CBR400 has had a lot of Yoshimura parts on it from back in the day (mid 1990’s), cams, rods, pistons, valves, close ratio gearbox etc etc.
From what I remember it kicked out about 75bhp on our dyno. Give or take a bit here and there.

Re: Padgetts Isle of Man TT Bike anyone?
Hi all,
I bought my race CBR600RR from Padgetts 2 years ago and have seen this bike in his showroom, this NC29 bike has come 2nd twice at the TT in 2003/4 (i think) and has done a 109 mhp lap, so its a wee rocket ship (in the right hands) I spoke to Clive Padgett about it at the Manx last year as I was going to buy it and he assured me it would be prepped ready to race and the quality if the engine and build of this bike is top class, lots of trick and HRC parts, but the most important part is the set up, which his team are great at..!!
A bit expensive for sure, but in my opion the best race NC29 in the country and I'm still not given up the idea of owning this special bike...

Hi Colin,
Was at Padgett's today - saw your 600 in the workshop ....
NC29 needs a full overhaul ... but has promise.
