Re: Rear shock rebuild??
I think Gav @ Jap4 was the guy who recommended them to me in the first place. Can't be sure though as it was several months back now.

Ditto .. brook suspension did a top job also send it back with fitting instructions about sorting out the sag only thing I didn't like was the advertising stuck on the remote res which was a pain to get off.alexwitham wrote:I paid £125 for a full rebuild, powder coated spring, re-gas + insured return post.
Works great.

Both Revs Suspension Services and K-tech can rebuild standard NC30 shocks and I believe they each charge around the £100 mark.

To the guys that used brookes suspension, did they just regas the shock or did they regas and refurb other parts? Did they change the hose to the resevoir to a braided one?

Re: Rear shock rebuild??
I think you can pay extra to have the braided SS hose fitted. The also insert a valve into the end of the gas chamber as the standard shock was not designed to be re-filled, this enables the shock to be re-filled from now on.
Found a pic of my shock after it was rebuilt (ignore the red-bull can)
