So, mines mashed up and it needs a new one pretty badly after a recent chain and sprocket change.
I've been quoted about 200 quid for the part. I know they're expensive but I just needed to check this is about right and/or if theres anyone who does this part for less etc.
Thanks,
Ben

Re: NC30 Chain Adjuster Ring
£200 is far too much. You can buy the whole hub assy for approx £50... a few guys on here sell bits - geoff33 is the one that springs to mind...
Also, get yourslef a proper C spanner for adjusting it too

I thought I was getting done for that, thank you very much!
I now *have* a c spanner after making such a hash of my adjuster. Better late than never!
Thank you!

Even if yours has teeth that are mashed, take it off and file the teeth back square. If that's all that's wrong I wouldn't replace it.
And use your C spanner.
And use your C spanner.
How hard can it be?

Re: NC30 Chain Adjuster Ring
just replace the hub, i got a reconditioned one off Grahame Frace, 75 posted to ireland IIRC. he is a guru and had it taken to pieces and cleaned and re-lubed it, buying off ebay will give you no guarantee of what the hub bearings are like.
