Help! Nc30 runs realy lumpy from 6000rpm onwards underload

I would be very grateful if anyone has come accross this problem before. I have owned the bike for nearly four weeks now and it has been amazing up to now. A few days ago this problem occured and rectified it's self. The day after it happened again and has been like this for a few days. Please help.
