As you can probally tell from my screen name I used to have a NC29 but unfortunantly it was stolen. After much deliberation I decided an NC30 was the way forward and after riding the bike I know I have made the right choice.

It is completely different to the NC29, just feels more expensive and handles in a more confident and secure way. It does not seem as quick but definately is, it just does it without as much fuss!
Just a couple of questions.
I have taken the the seat plastics off and there is an aluminuim tank under the pillion seat with pipes conected to the top of the engine. I thought it could be an oil cooler but it is not a UK bike. Any idea what this could be?
When riding the bike shows a temperture of 90 but the whole thing seems to be hotter than this. the reason for saying this is the frame gets quite warm and I can feel the heat of the bike through my trousers! I have thought because the bike has so much confined in a small space, engine exhaust etc thjings would heat up. is this normal?
Anyway I am really pleased that I have made the switch to V4 power and plan to get the bike tidied up as it is starting to look like it is nineteen years old. I built my NC29 from the ground up and plan to do this over the winter with the NC30.
Thanks for your replies in advance.
