I have a spare nc30 frame and subframe has carbon infill on also looks straight no visable damage but has no numbers on is it of any use aww shall i just scrap it ? Can if be used for
Track use or anything like that

Did you get a log book or anything when you bought it? The frame number should be stamped on the R/H side of the headstock. If is is not there, (ie - has been ground off) i twould indicate that is 'may' have been nicked at some Point.
Without a number the 'frame' cannot be used for the road as the log book refers to the Frame number. However it could be used to build a track bike as these are not registered. The other bits, eg subframe, can be used regardless.
