NC29 Air Ducts/Guides

Post by hondabikes » Tue May 28, 2013 9:04 am

Hi would anyone have any good photo's of the parts listed above? I need to get some brackets welded for these but would like to see the way the original's were.
Where the air-ducts screw onto the air-guides and where the guides screw onto the top fairing.. They are very common for snapping as you might know.

Thanks for any help or info :plus:

the air ducts attach to the mid fairing via a plastic trim screw and fit to the forward infills, also two bolts to the rear, the inner parts of these are screwed with small self tappers. if no one can give you a picture i will take mine off tomorrow and do a picture for you.

Hope the pictures below help you. Bare in mind its like a locking jigsaw and each piece relys on the next for strength. without any one piece you may get sag. the rear air vent slots into the front infill and the mid fairing locks them into place.

Also the front infill is held in place by one trim screw and slots into the front fairing.
