I just walked into the local Mr mint (or such like) and they supplied the blanks and knocked a couple out in about 5 mins for less than a tenner (as I recall).
Just make sure they buff them well when they are finished as the new keys with sharp edges were a pig to start with in the old worn ignition. Another good buffing and they worked ok and just got better with time and use.

I picked up a spare at my local Honda dealer but now I can't find anyone to cut it. The local guy didn't want to dull his machine on some unknown alloy

I took my honda key to my local shoesmiths who charged me 1.50 I think it was to cut it, took about 1 minute.

Tony, I check'd my parts boxes this evening..and indeed I do have 35121-mn9-611 blank uncut keys from Honda, I ordered them via my local dealer and are 1.5 euro more expensive each then csmnl.
