I too would hate to see the prices of these shoot right up, i dont ever plan on selling mine so it would only mean higher cost of keeping it on the road. I think the prices of 30's will gradually overtake the 35 as they get older too, much more desirable bike if you ask me.

Re: Nc30 prices on the rise?
Lyndon's bike indeed is very good, the restoration is top notch, I've had a good look at it in the flesh and the new owner won't be disappointed, whether they paid 3k or 5k. It's a credit to him, as to value, I have no idea but as with most things it's worth waht people are prepared to pay. Classic 2 strokes have shot up recently, I bought a KR1-S recently, nice [not perfect, 8/10 probably with 4 owners and 17k] for £2200, that bike 3 years ago would have been £1500 maybe. A nice NC30 is a good colour scheme is only going to go up in value, the question is when? I'm not sure, but I'm sure it won't depreciate, which is my buying criteria when looking at bikes.
NC30 type 7, mods: Art can, Ohlins shock & RO fork kit

Re: Nc30 prices on the rise?
I got a good price for the old girl, sad to see it go last Saturday. Thanks for the help and comments over the last few years, greybike has been a great help. The NC30 is a gorgeous little bike and i enjoyed owning one of Hondas finest , but i think i enjoyed the rebuild more than the result as i only rode it for about 600 miles. That was the main reason it went. Im buying another SP-1, they are my true love! Cheers everyone. Lyndon.
