RVF400 Neutral light problem

My neutral light on my nc35 flickers on & off when its in neutral, So i can't leave the bike running while on its stand because it thinks its in gear

Any suggestions?

clean the neutral switch connectors...

err..down near the gearbox - right hand side if I remember ! Near the dipstick

I checked all the wires, They were all fine

Can you even change the bulbs lol?

You sure you got the right wire? It's a single spade end connectors thats really tight against wire easily to dislodge.

Check clutch diode with working one. It's lhs sitting on the bike behind arse

Check that neutral switch gives consistent ground signal by measuring its resistance to chassis with a multimeter while the engine is running.
