You've probably got the right one. It's RickNC30(at)gmail(dot)com. You just need to be patient with him. It's taken him a week or two to get back to me on occasion, but he'll always sort you out. This is, as far as I gather, not his main job so I think it all gets done as and when he can squeeze it in.

I saw him on tues, he is so very mega busy at the mo he hasn't got time to scratch his bum!! Lol
