Where to buy BT-090 in Melbourne/Australia?
Hi all,
Anybody knows where I can get BT-090 to suit NC-30 with 18" rear either in Melbourne or in Australia? Google comes up pretty dry.
Many thanks,
Greg

There aren't any bike shops that come to mind unfortunately. The best I can recommend is ringing around, they should be able to help fairly easily.
When I had an 18" on my racebike I would get the rears from the Bridgestone supplier at the track, but that's not going to be much help for you I suppose!

BT090's have been discontinued, the 18" stock in Oz is probably low if not gone by now.
Try calling Rick Heffernan racing in Wodonga Vic. A bridgestone distributor, he might be able to source some for you and will send them out, I've used him before for 090's. His number's (02) 6056 8033.
BT003's have replaced the 090, but they don't make an 18" rear: http://www.bridgestone.com/products/mot ... 003rs.html
I'm currently using dunlop alpha GPR-10's in 18", but discontinued also and no 18" replacement.... might be time to start looking for a 17" rear!

Craig White at White's Racing Products does them but he's based in Sydney.
But he's also the Bridgestone distributor so he can maybe tell you who stocks them in Melbourne.

Whites Racing hasn't had any 090's for almost a year (they wouldn't sell me any)

I have a set of these in the shed but haven't ridden on them. Are they better than the Battlax slicks? you could get the slicks instead and they are much easier to get hold of, probably not any more expensive either.

I've bought a set from him about 6 month ago. I'll be needing another soon so I hope he can still get them.dreison wrote:Whites Racing hasn't had any 090's for almost a year (they wouldn't sell me any)
Definitely time to find a 17" wheel. RB racing have them but are asking $350
