All panels retrieved from the paint shop at the weekend - not seen them myself yet but apparently they look mint in white

Also found these photos I did not know I had from my TD at Cadwell last year so I picked a few good ones. I will miss this colourscheme for sure.

Some actual factual progress!

There are still a couple of issues; we discovered the throttle cable was basically snapped (lucky!) so that's been ordered from wemoto. The seat cable release mechanism has broken so that is another problem slowing us down but hey ho, we keep trucking on. The fairings have been fitted (wooha!) along with the brembos and braided lines. A few pictures of progress are below.

It needs stickers and a MOT but it's nearly there!

Nearly finished.

Bike is nearly finished - was supposed to go for an MOT in the morning but only discovered yesterday afternoon that the headlight bulbs were fubarred. Some more have been ordered from wemoto so the aim of getting to the GP next weekend is still alive once they are delivered. Fingers crossed. Got some better pictures pre graphics. Hopefully getting those on this afternoon.

This is my old bike!! Never thought I'd see it around again.

I used to love the RIO paint job, very marmite paint many people didn't like it but I loved it.

Would love this back if I had the money but I'm rebuilding a CBR now so no chance of getting it back at the moment.

It was my first bike and I owned it for around 3 years but it was with my group of friends for around 8 years, I bought it off a mate and sold it on to another freind. I have very fond memories of this bike at a track day up at mallory park. Only sold it to move up to an R6.

Just out of interest did you get your seat catch sorted as I have a spare if still needed?
