Post by em2evol » Tue Jan 24, 2012 10:09 pm

Hi guys

Take a look at this pic:

Why is it that one of my headlights looks normal but one looks sort of... unclear? Is there a way to solve this issue??

Thanks chaps

Looks like the high beam is on and one is blown. Could just be the way the lights are set up so they dont blind on coming traffic.

Have you tried swapping the bulbs round? if it stays the same and high beams work normally then I would guess its just the way they are.

Hmmm, will try swapping them round at the weekend and see if it makes a difference... :-)

I would guess that one of the bulbs is an original Jap spec 35/60w and the other is a modern 55/60w, meaning one will be brighter when on low beam.
