As stated a few times already, FireBlade stickers were only factory fitted to paint schemes #7 and 8.
They also appeared on CBR250's (MC22) of the same year.
Yes I agree and knew this before even seeing this post and even mentioned in my reply but what if Honda did actually add them to late model RRN bikes, would we know?
To give you an example of my thinking here is a little made up story pure fabrication but hey if Honda did add FireBlade to late N models this is how it may have happened.
A Long, long time ago in a Gala..
shut it!!
Ok, Mr Honda in late 93 sitting in his boardroom studying the latest reports sees the 900 FireBlade riding high in the charts, one problem being the home market where most are stuck to the 400cc limit, the youth are crying out for a FireBlade of their own so capitalizing on the 900 Mr Honda decrees that from now on all new models in the NC29 range should have the logo to help sales, his sales team agree and immediately set up a plan for a new RRR model.
Then out of the back of the boardroom the bloke who looks after the sheds at the back of the factory speaks up. He says, " But MR Honda because we have over produced the NC29 we have shed loads of RRN models unsold, if the youth hear of a new model that will have the FireBlade logo emblazoned upon its fairing we are not going to sell this old but new stock!".
Mr Honda scratches his chin, then with a rise of his finger to his temple it comes to him, " We will add FireBlade logos to the sides of the fairings, then send out a press message of a new 400cc FireBlade model, the youth will buy this model in droves giving us time to build the proper RRR model in 94".
As I said pure fantasy but you never know it could have happened that way.. possibly
