tightarse nc30
hi all, i am going round france on my nc30 next week and wanted to calculate the fuel costs. im gonna be riding real slow- not over 8000 and not over 60mph (i think) the bike runs sweet and as far as i know, it aint running too rich. does anyone know what you can get to a tank on slow mode before you hit the reserve tap? thanks, matt.

About 220kms if you ride a 6k ish all the way, maybe even a bit more assuming you use all the fuel in one go rather than keep stoping and starting. Hope this helps.

Re: tightarse nc30
after i had my bike on the dyno my bikes best fuel performance is between 70 and 100mph, lol, of continuous riding, ringing its neck off between 10 and 13k rpm, loves it
.
i can get between 110 and 120 miles to the tank before reserve.
always found slow city riding and stop starting all the time can knock me back to as low as 90 to the tank
this is no doubt a useless post because to be honest, never drove on a full tank of fuel sensibly like your saying
enjoy your trip though
