electric problem, regulator

I managed to get driving magnectic not have anything aprente burned, that oil down there is normal?

Yellow regulator that has embodied some of the reel and I have to change, so take junction of wires, put more directly

have to buy another regulador, there is many shops to buy it, can someone tell me, the best regulator and a nice shop where I can find it?

In last picture, the RR in left is off, the right, almost burn!
Do think the best is one from VFR750 1991-1997 or cbrxx1100 1996-1998?

last day is dedicated to electric tests with bad regulator:
red and green wires

1000rpm= 15,2
1000rpm lights on= 13,4
5000rpm= 14,9
5000rpm lights on=14,6

engine off:
bat 13,06
regulator 12,88
