Low exhaust?
has anyone seen a nc30 with a low exhaust with short end cans? like the z1000sx? think it would be pretty fit and also keep a low Centre of gravity....

Re: Low exhaust?
haven't seen it, it would probably wind up a terrible idea as the cans would be so low they would scrape if you leant over too far

The Z1000 doesn't have to contend with having a very wide single swingarm in the way of where the exhausts want to be.
You could do something similar with the exhausts on the RHS but that would hide that big open wheel, bit pointless really.
Anyway, a carbon race can weighs no more than 2kg, so why worry about COG?

i am just a big fan of short cans and low exhausts. really dont like the look of long end cans that seem to populate the NC30

Re: Low exhaust?
Hi,
I've got shorty cans on me nc30.

I have tried to make a belly pan pipe for it but theres not much room to play with! i think i like this setup more really so gave it up, i made a box that fit under the suspension linkage but thats it really. It would be do-able but maybe a bit loud!
Cheers
Ian
