i'll be looking to get a new shock as it feels crap now.. its too soft.. im looking for something much stiffer as i do carry pillion and the extra drops the rear which i dont like..
any one know of any shocks which i could upgrade too?

If you want yours reconditioned theres a place in Brum called Revs, got a good pedigree and reasonably priced.

Best option is probably the GF kit. Reconditioned CBR600 shock, new ohlins spring, new custom lower dogbone. Increases rear ride height, improves handling dramatically. Race proven.

It's around £240 but worth every penny.
You can buy the lower dogbone on its own which I think is around £80, second hand CBR600 shock would be around £50, sending it off for a refurb would be around £100 (probably plus p&p) so you're already on £230 without the new spring. The kit from Graeme is a good deal.
