Well I'm back from a fantastic couple of days at cadwell and come to the conclusion the RVF really needs more ride height as I decked out the sidestand!
Partly that's going to be because the bike is set up for my wife and my extra 'muscle'

means I compress the suspension more, she's not got close. This means it's not much of a problem for her especially as I don't ride her bike that often, thing is though we also have an RVF track bike which I will be riding far more so I'll need to sort it on that.
Anyway, on to the point, is it better to add plates to the ride height adjuster, shorten the tie-bars or fit a longer shock?
Any suggestions on what's the best amount to raise it by?
