Oil for my rvf

Ok just a quick one what make oil
Do u recommend for my rvf 400?
ATM I have castrol Power 1 GPS 10W40 semi-synthetic
I have another engine so I need 2 service that one with new oil

I've always used Motul 5100 (the semi-synthetic stuff) in all my bikes without any issues...fingers crossed :pray:

For general use I use Silkolene 10/40 Semi-Synth

I use Castrol power 1 racing, very nice oil. its about £30 for 4l, a little pricy, and it wont last as long as some others. I use it in my track bike, and change it every 200 or so miles. But i think that Power 1 GPS for everyday use is very good ;)
