we are now pretty set on the hanspree colours. i like as the black and white as per neo's dads style but she wanted something with a racey feel so we have agreed on the hanspree design.
taking into consideration i will be using this as well and she originally wanted pink i think this is a good comprimise!
will try to get a picture up later of a older 1000 blade in those colours
would you be happy with this as a wedding gift?

If a guy built me a bike then marrying him would be the least I could do...
Mind you, I think my partner might have something to say about that!

How did you put an angle grinder through your foot?
Other peoples fingers I can understand, but your own foot?!
She's lucky she still has a whole man to marry!
Nice pressie though.

Re: would you be happy with this as a wedding gift?
this is the scheme we are happy with

i managed to put an angle grinder through my foot, whilst i was cutting some aluminum. the grinder jammed with such force it jumped out of my hand and hit the floor, the blade must have touched something as the grinder spun round on the floor and through the side of my foot!
my fault trainers not steeleys

i have been banned from the garage about a month before the wedding!
though i am pretty sure she is now happy as today, the tank was fitted brimmed with fuel and i had ride around the close in the pissing down rain, with a big smile on my face. think she now knows it starts, runs and rides!

Now you know not to use a grinder to cut aluminium. It is too soft to grind so it sticks to the grinding wheel/cutter and can result in jamming or even exploding of the grinding wheel/cutter. I'm not trying to be a smart arse here but it is very dangerous to grind aluminium, I lernt tat in t tec .lol.
Nice scheme btw.

We live and learn, stupid to be using any power tools in trainers really, pretty sure we all do / have done it. Its not until something goes wrong then it makes you think, i now always seem to think twice now -
do i need to use the angle grinder or can i do it by hand?
do i need to use the big man hammer when a little girly one will do?
etc
will have my first attempt at youtube uploading tonight so i can link a vid of her running and riding.
