Hey all,
Picked my NC30 up from the garage this afternoon after it had its fork seals done... However upon collection the throttle does not flick back on its own and I am having to manually turn it..
The bloke insists its all put back together how it was before and he takes pictures when he takes stuff apart etc etc, however it didn't do that before...
Ive taken the grip from the clip on and tried feeding it through different ways, and its looser, but it still doesnt flick back like its meant to.
Has anyone got any pictures of how theirs are, particularly through the forks, whether it goes behind, or through the middle etc?
And any advice on what to try?
Ta

Re: Throttle route
ive got this prob , from last time i took carbs off , since putting them back on throttle is stiff , i worked out that if i disconnected the throttle push cable its fine , and returns no prob , why this has happened i dont know no routing has changed and nothing is hampering the cables , mine go from grip, round the outside of right fork, then down thru clip on bottom yoke inbetween forks under yoke and thru little openein just above top rad

See if these photos help:

Make sure the cables move freely in their sleeves and that the grip isn't rubbing on the switch, nor the bar end.
